Joel Fritzinger is a member of the R2-D2 Builders Club, Southern R2 Builders, 501st Legion, and Rebel Legion. His first droid R2-Q5 has made appearances across Kansas, Missouri and Florida. He is currently working on building a third R2 unit, MSE (mouse droid), GNK droid, and a few costumes. Joel is excited about the opportunity to design and build a droid that will not only bring smiles to people's faces but also honor those affected by the tragic shooting at Pulse.
